We are confident we can offer you the highest quality employees and superior customer service while maintaining our historically low rates, allowing us to provide you affordable staffing solutions. Our rates include pre-employment screening expenses, general and professional liability coverage, including workers compensation and unemployment insurance for our employees. We pay all FICA, FUTA, SUTA and Medicare taxes/expenses. Staffing packages including paid holiday and vacation are also available. We will customize our staffing package to meet your needs.

At Dyer’s Employment Agency we realize not all our clients have the same hiring requirements. Being locally owned and operated allows us to customize our services to YOUR needs. We are the corporate office! Giving us the authority to make decision based on what our client’s need, not generic policies and procedures put in place as a “one size fits all” staffing package.

Standard OSHA Safety Training/Testing is completed by all temporary employees at our office as part of the new hire process. Forklift Certification testing is completed when applicable. We are happy to implement additional training for our clients customizing our new hire process to your facility’s needs.

Multi-State Criminal Background Checks and Sex Offender Registry checks are preformed per client policies, but not required by our Agency. All employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment. A safe and drug-free workforce is of the upmost importance to our agency.
